These prototypes are validated in our test laboratory. Strict mechanical and hydraulic tests are performed to guarantee the functionality of the designs in emergency situations.
The manufacturing process uses high-precision numerical control lathes and machining centers specifically designed for the production of tap fittings.
High performance ovens heat the parts between 300°C and 450° C before dipping them in polyamide 11 powder tanks, where the powder is melted and adheres to the parts.
After the anti-corrosive coating process, the assembly line finishes the manufacturing process with 100% watertight control of the parts. Throughout the process, the quality department checks the manufacturing parameters.
